New Splitters - Feedback Anyone?

I finally got to try these out at speed. At a continuous 135mph, flat surface and a calm day the car feels better, very planted and not "floaty" at all. Made me .

I know exactly what you mean about the 130+mph float. That's nice to know. If I recall you haven't done any underbody covers like the TypeR I mentioned earlier right? I'm eager to try out my new splitter as well but hoping not to have to do the Type R under cover since I would prefer to keep my stock hood.

Thanks for the update!

I have the APR 300, splitter, undertray, ducted hood, jrz suspension, dali sways, ect, ect and you are delucional if you think it anything short of a "race prepared" full track NSX will outhandle a 458.

It was a joke...... trying dry humor like an East Coast NSX owner...

Yeah, no underbody anything - yet. I don't know that I feel the need for anything else after the car felt well planted at that speed (and I seldom, if ever, get over 135mph). That being said; there wasn't a car in front of me and it was a very calm day, so outside turbulance was at a minimum.

Man, did you fall into Batman's "stir-the-pot" attempt or what? That 458 comparo needs to get put to rest before we get into another ST*U post. Did make me laugh though.

I think I also claimed the car felt more planted as a result

I had a similiar E36 some time ago, what a great car. I guess if you want something to happen bad enough, it could just happen. Isn't keeping us young (feeling 16) what cars are really about?!
