Top photo almost looks like a photoshop of a NSX with a body kit dropped around it with only our canopy popping up.

First glance from a distance - silver NA1?
Gets closer - what the?!?!?
Next to it - new Ferrari! Its badass!
After taking pictures - wait a second, it looks like what the new NSX could have looked like! Ferrari ripped US off!
After realization, sadness sets in. No new NSX.
Ok, above is a bit of a stretch, but its amazing how when I look at the black canopy resurrection occurring I realize just how the NSX was ahead of it's time. It's styling cues are still being used today.

IMHO the front is weak. The mustache, the air intake that looks like panel gap, the cheesy metal horse that stick outs. However the side profile is spectacular and the rear is pretty good too. They make up for it.

I know the aero on the 458 is better w/o air intakes behind the doors, but visually I miss them. To me the 430 is cooler-looking from the doors back.

With the roof blacked out (which is not the normal factory look), it does have the old skool NSX look. Hard to argue against the 458 Italia being the best looking exotic out there.

i saw one on the freeway. coming up from left rear.
the LED's were on. i did a double take.
nice look but i bet the engine needs a rebuild at 50K.
