New clutch recommendations?

So my 05 with 31k has had major chatter from day one when I got it. Now my experience with chatter is a burnt pressure plate and fly wheel. Now from what I have read I have a dual mass and a dual disc? Is this correct for stock on an 05? The clutch does not slip at all and with the newly installed sos SC. I'm a fourteen year mechanic and I can't see spending 1,800 on a clutch. I do not like dual mass flywheels they cause a lot of issues. What is the recommendation for my setup and eliminating the dual mass fly wheel?

You can convert your 05 NA2 6-speed to a dual disc clutch, but you will need to buy the NSX-R mainshaft (from Japan) and then buy a 5-speed clutch. Cheaper route is to go with a Science of Speed clutch- they are single disc, do not use a dual mass FW and will fit your stock 6-speed mainshaft.

I'm not looking to really go cheap, but I want to go the best route. Clutches have always lasted me the life of the car so if I need to spend 1,800 on the sos 350 or the 275 I will. But I do know I do not want dual mass any longer. They suck.

why do they suck?

The way they are attached is the weak point. They chatter because they come loose. Its more liability for a dual mass. I have had to warranty more BMW dual mass's because they fall apart. I have always had a regular flywheel in all my vehicles. I'm not telling anyone to change there's, I'm just giving my opinion as a mechanic.
