New bolts during timing belt replacement?

I'm getting ready to replace the timing belt on my 1996 and notice the manual recommends new bolts for the oil cooler (page 6-15, step 3) and the side engine mount (page 6-16, step 11).

Why new bolts? Will using Loc-Tite on the old engine mount bolts and Honda bond on the oil cooler bolts suffice?

Hondabond on the threads for the two original oil cooler bolts is what you should use. Make sure you replace the "8" shaped gasket behind the oil cooler pedastal. 91318-PY3-000 is the part number.

I would skip the loctite, and just torque the motor mount bolts to spec.
