I installed the Hugo window kits on both my windows and found that winding the spring could be confusing. I suspect that the spring is not wound right and a rewind is in order.

While doing Hugo's update on my driver's side regulator, I found my slider (the item you affix the Teflon guides to) is also bent. Does anybody know of a supplier for this part? I know sanding the 4th Teflon guide can alleviate the issue, but I'd rather solve the issue than work around it. My car is a '91, so it's likely to be a similar issue on the other side (both are slow).
Upon further inspection, I noticed the back of the rail was stamped with "2001.10.23". I'm assuming this was the manufacture date of the rail (regulator assy)and therefore must have been replaced sometime between 2001-2006 (when I bought the car). Seems like a rather short lifespan.
Anybody know who makes the regulator assy?

Hey guys I would like some assistance with this window kit, I just installed the Hugabuga kit on the passenger side and it works well on the way down but when I try to lift the window it wont go up all the way just half way and then stops. I have to let go the switch and then do it again in order for me to close the window. Any ideas what could have gone wrong?? or advice to fix the issue. Nico
