NEED Rear Tire Size ADVICE....Please

I have 215/40/18 on 18x8 front already

my rear wheels are 19x10.

What recommended size for rear are ideal to match the front????

Please Help

Im aimming towards 255/35/19, what you guys think??

i believe your fronts should be 215/35/18, unless you are running stock height. at 215/40/18 for sure your speedometer/odometer will be off.

rears should be 265/30/19 or 275/30/19.

use the search function as this has been covered/re-covered in the past 10-15 years.

215/40-18 is definitely too big, and will almost certainly rub.

However, I'm pretty sure the front size has no effect on the accuracy of the speedometer or odometer. Don't both operate based on revolutions of the rear axle/wheels/tires, and not the fronts? :)

Go with 215/35-18 in the front. If your NSX is a '91-93, get 275/30-19 for the rear; for a '94-05, get 265/30-19.

what is the story behind having a set of wheels with those wrong sized front tires and no rear tire?

255/35 is too stretched on a 19x10. I have 265/30 on my 19x10 and its stretched.
