Those are two different yellow NSX's but both of the have same ugly look... White wheels

Well if they don't have recaros they definitely are NOT.
Not sure which ones are real..
First car is in Japan and seems to be a real NSX-R... black calipers, RHD, Recaros, etc etc.
Second car is Frank Spano's NSX Rep I believe years ago. Has the gold calipers, is LHD, and oem seats here in the US.
Good catch... So the real NSX-Rs in yellow have yellow roofs and yellow mirrors? interesting....
I'm assuming that Keiichi Tsuchiya's car is custom painted...

Not all... no. I believe the black roof/color match is actually an option when the NSX-R's were ordered. As seen here as well...

That is correct: body colored roof, radio plus more were optional on the NSX-R.
