My current specs are:

L/FT RT/FT

camber -1.3 -1.4
caster 8.5 8.7
toe -.01 -.02

FT

cross camber .1
cross caster -.1
total toe -.04

L/RR RT/RR

camber -2.5 -2.4
toe .13 .13

RR

total toe .26
thrust angle -.01

Wheels/tires 18x7.5 235/35/18; 19x10 275/30/19 (2 months old)

The mechanic tried offsetting the caster to one degree but the car still pulls to the right. He's going to switch the FT tires because it may be radial pull. Any other suggestions?

Front toe is out of spec for both left & right (-0.5 - -0.2)
The cambers are out because I assume it is lowered?
The front casters are out of spec (7.8-8.3)
The front tires are way too big for 7.5" wheels - I run 225/35 on an 18 x 8
I would expect you would also get TCS issues (& mucho rubbing!)

I have bilstein's on the lower perch with stock springs. Will the problem be solved by reducing the caster alone?
The lowered suspension accounts for the camber specs not being met - the adjustments are probably max'd and very similar to mine (& others) with lowered NSX's.
Caster being significantly "off" on one side vs the other will usually result in "pull" I believe; however, prior to my alignment (only yesterday) my right front caster was more significantly out at 9.4 deg vs 7.9 on left, yet the car still tracked true without pull.
Something very strange - I don't understand why the tires would effect it in one direction vs other? Did you have this issue with the old wheels also?
Almost sounds too simple, but are your tire pressures OK?
Who is doing your alignment? See my reference in the N/West forum.

Do the tire swap first. If that does not help drop the caster on the right front side. Cars will pull to the side with the highe caster generally.

I didn't have this problem with the old tires and stock suspension. My car is only 3/4" lower. The mechanic plans to swap the front tires. Should I have him switch the rears if this doesn't do it? This mechanic is good but admits he's not familiar with nsx's. If all else fails I'll bring it to someone else. Any other suggestions would be much appreciated.

The rear tires wont matter for the pull unless the tire wear is extremely uneven or tire sizes are different between the two. If your mechanic fails in fixing the pull let me know. I can align the car for you in San Francisco- Sammy

He did the tire swap, adjusted the cross caster (1.2) and it now goes straight. Definite radial pull. I contacted the tire/wheel distributor who told me Bridgestone should replace the defective tire(s).

Sorry, this is the latest:

L/FT RT/FT
-.8 camber -.9
7.2 caster 8.4
.4mm toe .2mm

L/RR RT/RR
-1.6 camber -1.7
6.1mm toe 6.6mm

What is the relationship between a mm vs. degree?
