Larry B. comes to the rescue!
The tool arrived yesterday while I was on a business trip, and getting home at 11:30 PM did not make for trying it out. I was going to do it tonight, but could not stand the suspense. I am working from home today, so I snuck out to the garage to give it a go. The tool did the job! The nut is off! Praise be to the gods of brute force! I tried to break it loose with my leg on the 2 foot breaker bar. Nothing doing (and I am a 195 pound weight lifter). Got out the 4 foot cheater. It is coming loose or I am going to break something. I was standing on the end and starting to bounce when it popped loose. I am saying it took over 800 foot pounds to get that nut loose. The person who put it on must have overtorqued it. I am not the original owner of this car, but it is a low mileage '94 that the previous owner said had not had the belt changed. Maybe Honda did it or they had some guys from the locomotive division helping out that day. Don't Care! It is off!
