Original pics edited, cleaned up and posted in the thread so everyone can get a better view of the Franks car since there was only 1 pic in the entire thread.

Frank, hopefully we can meet up sometime soon and I'll snap some pics of atleast yours, or both of ours if I'm able to head out of the city to get my car from storage.

Chris, thanks for posting the pics. Since those pics I have the turbo, black hoses, and the factory coolant bottle, the car has been tinted 35% rear hatch, and 50% side windows. Here is my cell number: 732-742-6620. Frank

Nice car. Just a few questions about your build.

What kind of headers, cats were you running with the ARC? I'm asking because in the rear picture, the passenger side tip was way off center.

How do you feel about the size of the gap between the hood and front bumper?

Thanks.

Hi Frank,

Nice to see some new photos ... thanx Chris for loading.

Now its detail time; please align those centre caps, satin black the calipers and swap the engine cover bolts to black.

When do we get the interior photo shots loaded?

Regards, Paul

Paul, hi. Yes I need to flip the center cap, also not sure waht color the real nsx-r calipers are? I quess I will have to pm Detlef. I am going to get them powder coated once I find out the true color. Lastly I need to put the black decals on the inner front bumper "Fangs". Interior shots will be posted soon. I hve the nsx-r rug, and some carbon peices from Ravi installed. I will have my nsx-r gauge overlay kit installed hopefully by next week, and seats by next week as soon as my nsx-r power rails arrive. Frank

well... and the extra work i had to paint the letters in silver thinking that was the NSX-R layout....at forst i thought about all black... go figure (i also have pictures of them before i paint the letters

Nice. Mine are still red from the previous owner so I have to re-do mine also.

At 1:45 in the video it shows a close-up of the NSX-R's calipers.

Demigod, thanks for posting the details on the calipers. Are they flat black or glossy?/ Thanks, Frank

Satin Black and dont forget that the pads should be finished in red. Mine are Project Mu's refinished in high temp paint and have remained good for 8k miles

regards, Paul

Frank,

here are some photos of my calipers all masked up and ready for painting, and then short after painting...

please excuse me for the getto jig i custom made to hang the calipers

i don't have photos of the silver letters yet, but they look nice

Thanks,
Nuno

Nuno, calipers look good. I picked up my paint yesterday, Im going top have the calipers soda blasted, and have the paint baked on.
Also, I will be in Portugal first 2 weeks of August visiting my wifes family, lets meet up. Frank

Hi,

man...sure thing... and another primer may be here late july/ early august...it would be awesome to make a Portuguese Prime NSXPO :tongue:

this paint is not powdercoat, but it holds up to 690C what is pretty high... it's spray paint and for it to bake, i only have to get the part to 160C so the paint toughs up...

Nuno
