costed me a pretty penny, but no where near the new 04 knob.
its for an ITR, but is identical to the NSX knob, with the exception of the embossed shift pattern and red stiching.

next project is to retrofit an ITR boot.

Mynsxjoy,
i bet you car is crazy fast. i was watching Top Gear and they said Honda saved a lot of weight of switching to that mesh boot
i really like the carbon fiber trim around the boot too. did that come with it?
and how many $'s was it? $? $$? or $$$?

I have the same setup but my shift boot keep falling a little and you can see the actual shifter/rod portion. How did you keep it to stay up and be flush with the shift knob?

When I took apart the console I put a small plastic tie wrap at the height I wanted it and tighten it around the post preventing it from sliding. It has been awhile. I might have had some of the boot in that tie wrap as well.

I love my mesh and R knob. I used the tie that came with it and possitioned tie between nut and bottom of knob for snug fit.
