Glad to have the baby back. MVDesignz in Santa Ana, CA did a great job on the paint/bodywork...highly recommended!! Got the top painted back to black as I prefer and the entire car repainted a little different shade of red. It's a tad darker w/ less orange than formula red. BTW, for those who don't know the car it's a 92 w/ the 02 update. Here are VERY old pics from the previous owner (believe he was the VERY first to do the 02 update & one of the few widebodies at that time):

Here is the car when it was featured in Sport Compact Car

The first pic is what I started with BEFORE the new body/paint.

Next pic was thanks to a tire tread on the freeway:

Next 2 pics of the car at the bodyshop MVDesignz...all body panels fitted prior to paint and all panels painted off the car.

Thanks to Downforce and their quality products...front lip, wing, diffuser, rear window garnish & front wide fenders. Other parts on the car Stacy's side skirts, Taitec rear quarters, and RM hood (was squared off) but custom rounded edges by MVDesignz.
Now, the car is personalized by me from the inside out...interior, suspension, motor, and now exterior. Goal was to update the car, improve the condition of the paint (had the ENTIRE car repainted), make it more driveable with a lower over hang and OEM more forgiving to road debris flexible bumper (no fiberglass). I also wanted to improve on the gaps between body panels. MOST importantly, goal was to LESSEN the amount of red on the car incl. wing, rear 02 valence, CF accents and lastly the roof/side window trim/door handles.

Car looks great! I was at MVDesignz last month and saw it being worked on. Nice to see that the finished product came out looking soooooo good!

wow, that looks sick! So what is exactly needed for a 92 to 02 conversion? How much does something like that run? Im curious b/c i might buy a pre 2002 NSX and go the same route.

Thanks for the complements...I am very happy w/ the outcome. Previous owner did the 02 headlights update. You can $$ out the 02 parts. Do a search on exactly what you need. Buy from Tim @ www.hondaacuraworld.com He's awesome. He can even reference my parts order but you will have to add the headlights and some bracketry for it. Contact Downforce for the rest of the body parts. They are the Stacy's sideskirts. NO stock exhaust...Taitec GTLW.

Congrats Jeff on finishing your car, i still have yet to finish my car  only a few more things. Cant wait to see it in person

old HOT! new NO! :(

Taitec Rear Fenders dose not match with DF sideskirts.

I didn't care AT ALL for the Marga Hills sideskirt and front bumper. The triangular piece on the bumper and the piece that sticks out toward the front of the sideskirt looked ricey. Fitment wasn't very good either. Lastly, the longer nose made the car very difficult to drive anywhere. IMO, the parts match better in person than in pics. But, to each his own.

The triangular pc. you noted I had removed. That triangular pc. looks out of place on that side skirt. Can you get a side shot of the car? The quarter panel to the side skirt is throwing me off. Alignment looks odd with body flow. Just some critiques, other than that the paint job look good along with the front view of the 02 repairs.

Car is stunning, I saw it at MV Designz the first day you brought it in, saw it during the build, watched it get painted, and was WOW at the outcome. I wasn't stockin' your car  was looking after my project s2k currently being worked on at MV Designz.

Yes, I thought the triangular piece looked out of place and a little old school. I don't have a sideshot of the car. I see your point; the shadowing at the sideskirt and the rear qtr panels make it appear funny. The SS actually lines up and matches well. This part is very similar to the Marga Hills SS. I will get more pics of the car when I am done w/ the next project...she is back in the operating room

Thanks again for the kind words. I have to admit that I wasn't very confident that I would like the outcome either as I haven't seen anyone else do this combo of panels/02 update/red/CF accents/color change. In the end, I am very happy with the results.

I like how the front turn out. The Marga Hill are too square, never mind it being fiberglass for obvious reason. The Marga Hill SS are poor looking with the triangle in the front. I bought some used one, dry fitted and said to thanks.

For me still undecided between oem or stacy for side skirts.

As far as Zero-Cool just ignore him. I have dealt with him in person. Sold him HKS exhaust. He brought a friend along claiming knowing how to turn wrench. In the end, I had removed the exhaust in my dress slacks on my lunch break. To top it off, he offer his oem exhaust for free, but at the end went back on his words. I was piss non the less.
