My Dragon Video

This is my first attempt at editing a little video so be nice.

4 1/2 minutes from the Tail of the Dragon last week. Turn your speakers up, the sound in the cabin is beautiful.

Every time I see a video of the Dragon, I get that itch to get out there again!
My favorite turn is at 3:12 (the hairpin) that you mentioned. Tricky there, from what I remember, the lead in is slightly off camber, then it locks you in a smooth gradual groove.

Do you have a 5 speed? If so, I find 2nd gear purrfect for auto-x and canyon runs like the Dragon. Also what exhaust do you have? It sounds deep and mellow!

Yes, I have a 5 speed. As far as I know, my car is 100% stock. The sound on the video is intake music.

Almost every run on the Dragon for me is 11 miles of 2nd gear. There are a few straights where it might be worth it to shift to 3rd for a second or two, but I usually don't bother. Certainly the NSX doesn't object to being run a few hundred yards at 7000+ RPM in 2nd gear.
