They look so aftermarket is because they are AFTERMARKET,LOL! I love the way my car looks now. I just want to try out the DF Stacy's and see how it comes out after I'm all done with it :biggrin:

Sorry BLUE BAT didn't mean to ruin your beautiful picture but I just wanted to give an example of what I'm gonna do with my DF Stacy's side skirts.
If your look in the picture where I did the red out line there is a gap there that bothered me so what I'm gonna do is get my body man to get rid of that gap as much as possible. I've seen some guys on here with this gap and i don't like it. I will get my body guy to put as much hour as he can or need to make it happen so it can fit nice and flush :biggrin:

i think you should get it fitted correctly and painted, then sell it to me with your 02 rear valence. :biggrin: if you don't like it lmk, i would be more then happy to take it off your hands...hahaha

I think those look better with the WW front lip an kit, they are too low to match up with the stock 02 front lip and rear valence.
It's not that low. I compared it to my OEM sides and it's only 3/4 inch lower. The DF Stacy's sides actually level even with my front now. Before the front always look lower than the oem sides and I wasn't feeling it.I kinda like the DF Stacy's sides because it levels with the front now :smile:
Well today I got bored and decided to play with the DF Stacy's side skirts to see if I can line it up nice. It turned out great. I did some adjustment some cutting some sanding some filling some blocking and wow it fit really nice now :biggrin:
Anyways, off to the paint shop real soon for prep prime and paint :smile:

I have been looking for this piece (NSX nose mask) for a very long time. I've called Honda and Acura dealer trying to get this piece so i can used it for traveling. No luck for the pass year or two. Finally one day saw this in the for sale thread and i had to PM the seller right away to buy it from him. Everything went well. Showed up one day last week and MAN, this thing looks pretty damn new. Just thought i had to share this. I guess i was lucky to get my hands on one of this.From what I know this piece is DISCONTINUE :biggrin:
It is discontinued, but you can always just spray plasti dip all over the front now for a temporary bra!

Spray plasti dip? It's a good idea if you don't care about over spray all over you car, lol :tongue:!
You will need to cover up the whole car, cover up the wheels and tires and do alot of taping etc... just to used plastic dip and not worry about over spray all over the car. Just to much work :biggrin:.
I'll stick with my oem bra. I really don't travel with the NSX much so I'm not really worried about the front getting damage (rock chips etc..) but just in case i do i got something (oem bra) to take care of that :wink:
Today while was in the garage hanging out I knowest that the car was looking kinda low and the tires was a bit tuck in. SO i decided to raise it up half of an inch :biggrin:
I like it, you can actually see the whole sidewall of the tires now and I will take it to go get an alignment sometime this week :wink:

So I got the DF Stacy's Skirts back a couple days ago and got the chance to installed it.

This is the best i can get the skirts to line up with out any major modification.
It's not a perfect fitment but if fits much better than when i received it and most that i've seen :wink: :biggrin: :smile:!

IM not all that crazy either about aftermarket side skirts. They came out pretty nice. I'm sure one day I will get bored of it and end up selling it, lol. Until that day comes I will enjoy it :biggrin:

Been busy and haven't had time to mess with the car. I get better picture when I get a chance. Plus I'm still not happy with the fitment so I'm gonna redo the door cap and and make it fit. I worked on the skirts and didn't bother work on the door caps so I will redo the door caps so it can fill up the gaps alil more :wink:

So after installing the skirts and door caps I'm still not that happy with the fitment. It looks ok. I worked on the skirts and got it to fit pretty nice before I took it to go get it painted and I didn't think the door caps was a big deal so end up painting it when I got the skirts painted.
Anyways, I took the door caps off. I'm going to fuse the door caps and add a couple center meters to the bottom of the door caps so it can fill up the gaps just a bit more. That should do it :wink:

The car looks great! The quick car wash looks good also because if you look closely you can see someone doing the ASIAN SWAT..:wink: LoL!!! my family got that swat to a perfection. Only rice pickers know what I'm talking about. With that said the wheels look sick. Stop being so anal ad leave those door caps alone!
