I've been staying at the Paris Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas for the last few days/nights and I keep seeing this chameleon colored convertible nsx with matching colored rims. Just curious if it's anyone on the board and or works at Paris?

He must be from out of state. Which floor does he park? Employees parking is at the back of the hotel.

it's alwayyyys parked in front of the main lobby...normally where they put the high end cars? i recall seeing it here alot before back in january when i was last here as well so i dont think it's a guest...im bout ready to head out to the clubs ill see if ican snap a pic of it, if it's there agian tonight.

Im blind!!!

Never seen that car but, damn the color, the pain! JK, as long as the owner is happy thats cool. I'll be the first to admit I am not brave enough to drive a car that color. More power to him/her for being able to.

hahaha...this POS is still in LV on display giving the NSX a bad name:confused:

I saw that a couple years ago parked up front ...(there are a few post about it) The thing is hideous with big ol' "NOS injected" stickers all over and the interior is beat up from the feet up..PLease park that thing out of the publics eye for God's sake:eek:

I ran in to this car last year around 215/Tropicana. My brother and I couldn't stop laughing for hours the next time Bigfoot is in town I know of a car for him to play with.

I remember that car.....poor car :frown:

That paint scheme was cool back in the mid 90's but then it went out of fashion quick.

Oh wells to each his own.....one man's trash is anothers treasure.

lol wow i didn't expect this kind of response... but yes that is the EXACT same car! i remember seeing it awhile back and seeing it now again this week probably 3-4 days in a row. always in front of paris hotel. at first i gave it the benefit of the doubt and maybe it could be decent looking but i got an upclose and personal look with the top down and up and man the job they did was really shotty the workmanship for the convertible was horrible and the paint was bad, the thing in general wasn't my taste but to each their own...i was just excited to see an nsx.

i remember the first time i saw it last week and i was making bad comments to some friends who was looking at it with me and some random guy goes "hey why are you talking badly about my car" i just simply replied "i'm an nsx owner myself and wanted to admire your car but couldn't find anything nice to say" then the guy and his friends replied "JK it's not my car but it's an NSX and its HOT!" i just smirked and walked away.

so i guess the mystery lives on....who is the owner of this car!?!

I just threw up in mouth a little

some serious work must have gone into that car. im sure it has its flaws but each to their own.

props for crazy convertable and the guts to take a torch to the roof.

The car is from AZ. Ive seen it many times. One thing to look out for it is Supercharged, (at least the last time i saw it).

That's actually the latest "paint" test mule for the ASCC. They thought that if they painted the ASCC that color that it would be widely accepted in the NSX community. They are also marketing a Mary Kay color scheme to reach out to the cosmetic niche in the NSX industry. They're gonna have to sell them somehow!!!!

The history I have heard on this *car* is that it was originally Ice-T's car and he had the work done to make it convertible and did the paint also. A few years ago it was spotted all over the LA area being driven by a young blonde girl, and now it turns up all over Vegas.

I'm sure back in it's Prime  it was the shyt. Those paint jobs were crazy popular, but fortunately they were just a flash in the pan (spinners anyone?). To each their own, but honestly if somebody gave me that car (cause I sure as hell wouldn't buy it) it would become a parts car just so I could keep it out of public view.

Don't lie....you know you would be going to NSXPO in it ;)

You know, if it is in fact owned by a young blonde girl, that's probably the reason she doesn't know that everyone on NSX Prime thinks it looks like shee-ot. Simply put - she's blonde! She probably has no clue that there exists an online community of TRUE NSX enthusiasts.

She's probably a little Paris Hilton lookalike airhead that thinks the car is the baddest thing on wheels. Technically and mechanically speaking, it might be, but as for looks, that's another story entirely.

If my NSX looked like that, I'd shoot my car, and then shoot myself for owning such a load o'crap. In the first place, the NSX wasn't meant to be a convertible. If it was, Honda would have made it that way. So, congratulations! - to whoever decided to go and fiddle-**ck that car all up. Ice-T, or whichever other gold tooth-wearing rapper, you did a great job ruining what used to be state-of-the-art Honda perfection, you schmuck!

OK - I'm done ranting and raving.

Someone wasn't thinking when they sawed the top off that car. That would adversely affect the structural integrity of the vehicle. Not to mention negatively altering the handling characteristics, due to a drastic reduction in chassis stiffness. The car could always be repainted or changed cosmetically, but there is no coming back from this. Too bad they had to do this to a hand-made limited production work-of-art like the NSX.

What if the car started out as a NSX-T??
