Mosport DDT booked for June 24!!!

hey Stu
those are REALLY nice pictures, even better then the ones that we took!

the Saab driving school was great, they have "professional" Racer as instructor to teach u drive fast and maintain well balance on the track. Also, driving on this track is EASY, u dont need to shift at all, on my 92 5 speed, i use 2nd gear for the WHOLE track, u can focus on balancing the car with your throttle to make the car go SMOOTH:wink: its was a really good experience!
i wish i took this school before i spin off and damage my bumper last year at shannoville!

nonsense! no ones crashed on a race track!

The DDT is the best place to learn this stuff, by far.

I agree with Dave (yes, someone write it down for posterity) the onoly guys who crash on the track fall into a limited group:
1) They think they're great and won't listen to their instructor
2) They've gone out without an instructor and aren't good enough yet
3) They're pushing the limits because they don't know better (back to needing proper instruction)
4) Mechanical failure - should have better maintaind their car, generally a race car issue, not a street car issue
5) They're racing and shit happens

The risk you take is directly related to a decision you make NOT to learn because you think you don't need to!

6. tired, dehydrated, wanting to go for that one extra session at the end of
the day

7. If on the track it's not "if you're going to crash, it's when you're going to
crash - just a numbers game, and your number will come up.

after i attended the driving school, i notice that i "actually" know what i was doing on the track, not like last year i know nothing but pushing it hard!

Bio- i am not experienced like u do, this is my first lapping day and my first school this year, i also hope that in the coming season i wont have to damage anything on my car:wink:

Stu- look forward for another lapping day! hopefully more NSX will come out because this WAS the NSX DAY:biggrin:
