November '03 issue of Men's Journal is their "first annual" CAR Issue...
One of the cover features is the 15 Hottest Cars of All Time
- Ferrari Testarossa (1985-1990)
- Jaguar E-Type (1961)
- Ford GT (2004)
- Chevrolet Corvete (1968)
- Lamborghini Countach (1974-89)
- Aston Martin DB4GT Zagato (1960-63)
- Ferrari 365GTB4 Daytona (1968-73)
- Lincoln Continental (1961)
- Bugatti 57SC Atlantique (1937)
- Porsche 917 (1970)
- Alfa Romeo Duetto Spider (1966-67)
- Lamborghini Miura (1966-72)
- Shelby Cobra (1964-65)
- Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz (1959)
- BMW M Coupe (1999-2002)
#############
Surely there are "hotter" cars than the BMW M Coupe, and the Caddy and Lincoln, whilst historically significant, are IMO not the best of American Iron (Shelby 350/500 GT , 1963 Corvette SWC, others...)
No McLaren F1, no "modern" Ferrari, Lambo, etc. -- no NSX (or any Japanese marque for that matter). Given the ones that DID make the list, makes you wonder...
