Missing relay box?

I'm looking at a salvage rebuilt nsx but right now they say the headlights doesn't flip up or down and it looks like it's missing a relay box or something in the red circle area. I'm no nsx expert so can somebody please tell me what the missing box is and where to find a replacement, thanks

I know it's missing but what actually is it? Relay for the headlights?
