What are your thoughts on this subject?

I think he's guilty, but will get off. At the very least he's guilty of having way more money than brains as evidenced by his transformation from a good looking black man to an ugly white woman.

If nothing else, guilty of making stupid decisions (i.e. kids sleeping in his bed), but will likely get off.

His is a humanitarian in many ways, but I don't doubt he has crossed the line with some of these kids.

I'm pretty sure he'll be convicted on some of the lesser charges like providing alcohol to a minor. I think he'll also be convicted on a molestation charge but I wouldn't bet very much money on it.

My own personal opinion is that he's so freaking weird that it might actually be true that he doesn't molest the kids. We'll probably never know for sure.

he's a sick puppy...

I'm not interested in defending this guy. I too think he has made some questionable decisions, and he continues to put himself into poor situations. However, I do think the accuser is looking for a payday. I feel sorry for the kid. If Jackson is guilty of the crime, then the kid's head will be screwed up for life. But also, the kid's homelife has to be terrible with that crazy mother he has. No win situation. Guilty of some lesser charges, but no real hard evidence on the major charge = not guilty (but maybe not innocent).

If you watch Oprah recently, Lisa Marie said that off screen he's just a normal guy. Much like the Osbourn or Paris Hilton and Nicole Ritchie.

Seriously, what was he thinking going from black to white like that? It doesn't even look like a normal white skin tone.

I think he is either guilty or have some mental issues.

I think the parents of these kids are guilty! Man, if you know some guy is that weird and only enjoys the company of young boys, you DO NOT let your kids hang out with him - let alone sleep over!!! I suspect they knew it'd come down to this and they thought it was the easy ticket to get rich. Throw Jackson & all those parents in prison...

BTW, I think he's guilty, but will get off on any real charge. He'll get slapped on the wrist for the lesser charges. :(

Even the jury cannot vote like you want it here. There are 20 points in the case - he may be guilty in some of them or in none or in all, but all have to be decided individualy. So no vote from me here.

Our next problem here at the radio is: Under which circumstance can we continue to play his songs? Should we also ban the duets (e.g. with McCartney) and other songs with his participation (USA for Africa, "We are the world")?

No doubt his behavior is wierd, but I'm not convinced he would ever sexually touch a child.

What I am convinced of is that the accusing family is completely full of bs.

He is just as guilty as OJ was, but just like OJ I expect the jury will not convict him due to his celebrity status. I really think he needs to go down for a few of the counts of child molest and do about 5 years State prison to teachg him a lesson. Would I bet a dime on his being convicted - no. I see a hung jury in the future with a re-trial.

He's guilty for being in denial that he's not guilty. Never had any plastic surgery my butt. Im sure his nose fell off naturally. Anyway he might get off on the molestation thing but I think he might still get nailed for the alcohol to minors thing.

He is probably guilty. I will still continue to listen to his music though thriller rocks!

...slightly off-topic question but do you think NSX-R suspension is better than other aftermarket options?

:D

Ahh finally... A question I have been wanting to really know the answer to!!!

Actually, I don't think that is off-topic at all Neo...

Let's see to really answer that question you would have to had personally experimented with all the different types

And in the Michael Jackson case I don't think you would really know the answer to his guilt or otherwise unless you had personal experience as well...

Personally, if I came across a leprechaun or a genie popped out of a lantern... I would be asking about the NSX-R suspension... Or maybe I would really want to understand women...

I was going to make a really bad joke about how much I like the NSX-R shocks in relation to how much Michael Jackson likes ...

but I'll refrain.

Mate, that is a dangerous wish. To understand women you need to BE a woman... so the genie might transform your gender.  On the upside of that, you'd be in the market for a man who can handle your Twin Turbo NSX.....  :D :p :D :D

Just to clear things up, the NSX-R suspension is magical. That's the best description I can think of. PM me to find out more.

I say we start a petition to cut off M.J's pecker. I'll go first.

I say he'll be found not guilty. I feel no matter what the verdict is, ultimately it is just the opinion of the jurors on whether they think he is or isn't.
I believe that until you see someone do something with your own eyes you can't say for certain they truly are or aren't guilty.

Don't worry about it - with the amount of surgery he get's I am sure it'll take care of itself in sort order. I don't think the 'Martian Liz Taylor in formaldehyde' look would be proper in anything less than a bulgeless speedo.

Isn't that what got micheal jackson in trouble in the first place?

I vote not guilty, but that is after the fact now. They just announced that. I guess I cheated.

Only in this country could you get away Not Guilty on ALL COUNTS.

Well, this country because of super smart lawyers. Every other country, you can get away with bribes...
