I'm ordering a set of these finally, but I'm stumbling over sizing. Searched through all of prime, and found a lot of threads but not a lot of clarity around A/O/R/L disk and which is appropriate for a stock bodied, stock braked, 1992.

Recommended options I've seen in various threads are:

18x8.5 +38 A Disk running a 215 for the front (this doesn't seem right as I can't find 8.5 +38 in A Disk on the work site??)
19x9.5 +23 O Disk running a 245 for the rear

vs.

18x8 +31 R-Disk?? running a 225/35/18 (unsure of disk, basing it on the listed offset)
19x10.5 +41 A-Disk?? running a 275/35/19
(unsure of disk, basing it on the listed offset)

?!?!?!?!??!
?!?!??!?!??!

So question is beyond filling in the blanks for everyone's benefit on the sizes+offsets+disk, can anyone verify if any of these cars are running stock NA1 brakes, and if so if any spacers were required to clear them with the listed disk size? Any other examples I should be looking at for sizing? help please.

Car 1 and 4 are the same....

Car 1 is NA4Life

Car 2 is MikeC587

Car 3 is Striker525

All cars at this point are running OEM brakes I believe... although Mike sold these wheels and upgraded to BBK.

If it were me...
18x8 +31 215/35/18
19x10.5 +41 275/30/19

Sounds best. A little aggressive but the route I would go... I have considered these wheels myself but decided to go with Advan Model 5 instead because I'm obsessed with them at this point.

But the Meisters look great!

Also... as far as the Disk, ask the actual owners!

If you guys are wondering clearance for BBK,

S1 3P:
Front: 18" R Disk - no good, would need at minimum 10-15mm spacer, and would still come quite close to the assembly bolts (back)
Rear: 19" R Disk - no good, very close to the centerdisk, most likely would also need a spacer

S1R:
Front: 18" R Disk clears no problem, you can do A disc and + 35 19x10

Rear: 19" R Disk clears no problem, can do R disc and +37 18x8

If you guys are wondering clearance for BBK,

Thanks for the replies. Not wondering about BBK - I've found other threads specific to Mesiter+BBK issues. I'm wondering about stock brake clearance for a 92 as they have bigger (fatter?) calipers in the rear (correct me if I'm wrong) which require more backspace for some spokes to clear. Hence the question about which Disk I need front and rear.

I'm not sure if I'm making a mountain out of a molehill though - are there no issues at all with early brakes on Meisters of all disks assuming the offsets are ok? Just can't order these without knowing definitely which size will work.

Soo.... non-issue for us non-BBK early cars?

18x8 +31 R Disk Front
19x10.5 +36 O Disk Rear
^ this sizing was what I found recmmended by evo575gtc elsewhere i just can't confirm if that black car had stock, early brakes, with that sizing.

Im pretty sure evo575gtc is the one that ordered the wheels for Striker525. ^Those are the wheels I would order^ They look fantastic!
