Who has them and which brands/models have good reputations?

Retailers like Sharper Image and Brookestone have a couple models that seem to do the job, but these examples are probably available for less $ elsewhere.

you're a man after my own, errr, heart.

i've had a panasonic massage chair for >14 yrs and have gotten my investment from it many times over. i've been checking out the osim chairs at brookstone (http://www.osim-usa.com/osim/massagechairs.htm) and will probably buy one of those later this year. i've taken them for several test drives and find them light years ahead of the model i have now.

which model are you considering?

hal
btw, when our friends come over to the house, "the chair" is the most popular place in the house.

I sat for 30 minutes in the 'OS777 iSymphonic' at Brookstone over the weekend and enjoyed it quite a bit. I wanted to hop on their Panasonic chair as well, but it was being test driven by a family of four who each took turns.

bummer.

I have the chair sold through the Sharper Image (forgot who makes it), and also through Bloomingdales. My wife works for Federated so we bought a leftover last year when the new model came out. It's the top of the line that usually sells for $2,000, leather with the built in foot/calf massager. The chair is awesome. I use it daily and usually fall asleep in it. The only problem with it is I have to fight my wife for it, the old recliner was never an argument!!!

I've had a Panasonic for years. It works well and doesn't have any problems... except when I moved, a out it in the back of a pickup and thought it had enough weight to hold it down... lo and behold it went flying. luckily no one ran it over and i grabbed it and put it back in. best thing... still works like a charm. great quality. the only thing that broke was one of the wheels on the back and i lost the cover that snaps on the back that covers the rollers for the upper/ lower back...

anyone know where to find parts for older panasonics? i'd love to get the wheel and cover replaced!!
