Marin Country Drive 6/24/06

Harry Sommerfield is planning on holding a Marin County Drive on the 24th. Any of you that have every been on a Drive with Harry will know he can find back roads like no other.

I was going to reserve this as an NSXCA only event, but the interest has been low, so I thought I would open it up to the rest of the NSX community.

The day will include driving some spectacular back roads in Marin County, followed by a pizza lunch and swimming at Harry's house. Participants are expected to chip in for the cost of the food.

Anyone wants to caravan out to Marin county from Sacramento this saturday?
I was thinking about meeting at the Park and Ride off I80 in West Sacto (the exit is West Capitol/Enterprise Blvd exit) right before the Yolo Causeway at 7:30am and leave at 7:45am. Meeting here will get the I80/Hwy50 people together. We will then drive to the Costco in Fairfield to gas up and meet JosephG there (Norcalwhite).
Also the route I would suggest is I80 to 580 to Marin instead of I80/37/Hwy 101 because this weekend is the Nascar race at Infineon. How does that sound to everyone?

Had a great time. Nice meeting those I haven't seen in ages. The drive was fun even though I'm now NSXless. Damn I miss my car. I'll be back.
