It is. I had to remove the plastic inside the front fenders - this pic was taken at the new chicane before start straight in Magny-Cours with slicks slightly smaller than stock - it's a bit tighter with stock sizes.

If the NSX is lowered -- does it increase the top end of the vehicle, now that it is more aerodynamic?

Dali Racing told me that Bilstens on Zanardi springs would not work. The Zanardi springs are too stiff for the bilsteins.

This is 17/17 '02+ OEM wheels with stock springs/bilstein on the lower perch.

I lowered my old '95 NSX with bilsteins (on the high perch), eibachs, and 17/18 TE37s.

This is what it looked like:

I had rubbing and alignment problems with this set-up. It annoyed me to the point that when I got my '01 I decided to just stick with a 0.8 inch drop via Bilsteins and stock springs.

In person you can tell the 0.8 inch drop better than in the pics, and I can definitely tell the difference compared to stock. Also, no alignment and rubbing issues whatsoever.

Hope this helps.

I like the look of how this is dropped not to low but a cleaner look then stock..but you said you had problems with this setup..is there any other suspensions that would be able to correct this problem w/out any alignment or rubbing? or something atleast similar to this setup? this is about the same size wheels i want to go with about the same drop, from what it looks like, looks good to me..i have a 91 all stock..thanks

Ryan--

You have excellent taste! Extremely beautiful and exotic.
