Low Mileage 1991 - price check

I am interested in this 1991 NSX - automatic.

Please let me know what you think of the price. The car looks mint and the mileage ultra low, but what would be a fair price to pay for it?

If the car was all that, it should've been sold by now. Guess they are serious about it then.
That having been said, it does look like it just rolled off the assembly line.
