I also turned off at Georgetown, but I can assure there is a huge dropoff of performance at 11,000 feet. There is even more of a dropoff at 14,000 feet (Mt Evans)!
There is no way around this, short of turbocharging with a wastegate controlled boost. All this actually comes from aviation, which experiences far more elevation changes than we do in our NSXs, even in Colorado.

Another point: Take your current NSX to sea level, and you will think you died and went to heaven. You have about 15 -20 horsepower more than you have here, and it is VERY noticeable.
