Before I bought my NSX, i was originally looking to buy either a 996 carrera, or 930 turbo, i was a big Porsche fanatic, and til this day I still am. But one day one of my friends (Forrest) took me for a spin in his 92 with Intake, headers, exhaust, and short gears. After that ride I fell in love with the NSX. I've rode in other fast cars before, 993 turbo, 996 Carrera S, SC 98 M3, and
C5 z06, but nothing gave the same rewarding experience and pleasure that the nsx provided me with. The presence of the nsx, the engine noise, the 8k rpm redline, driver involvement/ and connection, the feel of the road and the race car feel were just simply soul stirring. The 996 carrera and the M3 are great commuter/luxury cars..both are great for going to places like the night clubs and bars, But the nsx is something that you take out after a hard days work, something that makes your day better, something that just puts a smile to your face, its almost magical in a way. The car gives you a natural high, and you catch yourself driving without a purpose nor destination:biggrin:
1. Driver involvement/ connection to the car- the sensory experience
2. Road Presence/ exclusiveness/ The "wow" factor
3. The engineering that was put into the car, and how the nsx set a benchmark for other exotics.
