Does anyone know of a DIY for greasing the guides on your power windows with pics? I've got the grease but I want to make sure I'm doing things correctly and don't miss some areas. I've read on some threads on this about a certain areea that isn't easily accessable and pics would probably help.

The Urea grease from Honda is recommended. I recently lubricated the "spool" on each regulator as is recommended in the Service Bulletin. That bulletin also recommends lubricating the slides (forward and aft) on the windows, but I wasn't able to completely reach them sans removal. The spool seems to be the main culpret for the "popping" in the window. It is the area where binding usually occurs. I have a picture of the location of the spool, if you need it.
