Legal issue on Exotic car warranty

If you really think about it, an exotic "warranty" is risky for both the provider and the receiver. Sounds like it is sort of "scamish." The guy is ~25 years old and has obviously had an impressive flow of money come his way, as per his current and prior car collection. (Did that "as per" make sense? I was just trying to sound smart :biggrin It sounds like he is a little immature to be in the business he is in. No one wants to give up money, especially a 25 year old in his position. My advice is that he needs to re-think his cost/benefit analysis in monetary and ethical terms if he wants to save his business. If that is even possible
