What kinds of problems, if any, can occur by routinely using leaded fuel (say 100 LL aviation fuel) in an NSX (boosted)?

O2 sensor
I think it shortens the life of most O2 sensors.
You might want to check the specs of your sensors to see if it lists service life with different lead levels.

It kills cats, O2's, and brain cells. Other than that it's great.

MoTec says O2s will only last about 50hrs on Leaded fuel. Not sure how long for the cats.
