The NSX mania never stops, Sunday i washed and waxed + installed the typer-r replica wing, then yesterday i got a phone call that our office was off, so i decided to take some pics.

I am always doing something here and there, BTW, I have installed a black VINYL piece on the front bumper, please guys tell me what you think .. i am 70/30 ... it looks good IMHO ....
enjoy :)

All I have left to do "external" is:

Lowering/Suspension
02+ rear Valance
02+ rear Tailights
Shark Antenna (I have @ home, I just got to busy to even start installing)
WW Side Skirts

and that will be the end ....

wheelio' dealio'...

Nice color on the wheels. They look ridiculously good on the Formula Red NSX-T!

I assume those are refinished OEM/stock '95-'01 7-spokers... are they powder-coated or painted, and what color? I'm lookin' to acquire a set of 16/17's needing some TLC for spares/track/etc' & that's literally the finish I'd be most keen towards. . .

I like it, but do lower it a bit, maybe 3 fingers of the ground:smile:

what exhaust mods do you have if any? sounds like you do though.

Looks good, but needs a drop. :)

it's coming soon :)

Actually this are DIY (they do not look either RICE or cheap) ... Autozone Wheel paint, Gunmetal Color ... + Clear .. the secret it's on the dry/wet sanding, sand the CRAP out of the wheels it's the way to go, then patience while panting, take time is crucial for better finish ... .. mine came good and after dropping i might as well keep them for a LONG time .. even @ traffic i got asked if they were "Japanese" wheels .. also adding the red H's on the center cap (that was also painted) made them look like they came like that ... I am very happy with the end results i promise :)

Love the black vinyl on the front, I have been planning on doing this once it warms up here. Thanks for the pics of it! I am convinced I am going to do it for sure now! Is it just a regular glossy finish vinyl or did you get the matte finish stuff?
Car looks great in general, love the color of the wheels! Once you drop it, it will be really looking great!

I used to work on a sign shop like 6 years ago, so i have matte and glossy rolls of vinyl (amazingly all colors but 2 pieces in black) .. I tried the matt but it didn't look that good, somehow cheap .. then I tried the glossy and that looks better ...

DO IT! ... I promise you, you can't tell if you didn't know .. same as the S2000's that came FACTORY with the Black VINYL in the windshield ... if you don't know that you could swear was painted etc ..

Your car looks and sounds great!

Is it me or does your Wings West front chin spoiler look like it's mounted lower on the driver's side?

YES! wow, I am amazed you saw that, yes, while waxing some wax went there between the skin and the lip .. then it came off, I am planing on removing this Thursday and re installing for Saturday .. wow, nice eyes man and thanks!!
:D

Overall I think it's hot, I'm not a fan of the WW front lip but that's just me. And the antenna....:frown:

that black tape makes a huge difference, i like it a lot. but i just wish the wheels wasn't so dark. you can hardly see them.

Yes do it! and yes...gloss only. I went through the same thing, matte looks cooler when you hold it in your hand, but on the car...only gloss...looks like it was painted.

Awesome, looks like I'll have to make a trip to the hobby shop this weekend for some glossy black vinyl now.

blodi, i would recommend that you go to a sign shop that does automotive signage and vehicle wraps and just ask to buy 3ft of automotive grade glossy black. it should run you about $15 to $20. you'll need about 27" x 3.75" to do the intake and you might be able to get 2 out of it in case you mess up depending upon your sheet width. you'll feel better about the quality over hobbystore vinyl and like branded commercial vehicles, you won't need to worry when washing your car, and best of all, you can always remove to return back to oem!

I really like that Global Express behind it.

It is for sale... and its the Pininfarina Edition too!

I was just looking at the specs.... Fuel Capacity: 43,350 lbs. Damn! I guess that's why they call it a GLOBAL Express.

I am transitioning to the Bombardier CRJ900 and it's a bigger plane but with a fuel capacity of only 19,750 lbs. I guess because we carry 76 people instead of 13.

Looks Great... the red really "pops"!!!

Curious if the rear bumper was resprayed? In this pic the color looks to be a bit off...

btw the black vinyl up front looks great as well!! A bunch of simple mods, makes a car like yours that much different than an average nsx!!

Thanks man, Is not resprayed, i think it's b/c the day was sooo bright, like the clouds were everywhere so it's was very hard to take pics with such HIGH reflections .. then the top rear bumper part been on a plastic/angle it looks a bit different, but in real life is 100% match ...
Thanks once again! :)

Hey Oscar,
Glad you got NSX now. Once you lower your car and put on the WW sideskirts or any other will look great.
I am sure you will do more mods to it when the time comes, if not it is still great the way you have it.
Have fun and enjoy the ride!

Whose Gulfstream with the Turks and Caicos tail number there at the Toy Store behind your car?

Cheers
nigel

LOL have no clue, i'll investigate, it's around my house :)
