Last 2 weeks in Socal...any BBQ's, drives, meets happening?

Hey Guys,

It's my last 2 weeks here in Socal and I'd love to attend a get together of some sort. I wanted to make it to last weeks meeting at SCA but was unable to. If anyone knows of anything happening please post it here. Thanks.

we have a great S2000 meet in torrance at 8pm this thursday at starbucks if you want to go....

There is Crystal Cove meet on Saturday morning. That is definitely worth checking out.

Other than that, there might be small meets on the weekends, the meets are fairly random, usually on last minute notice. Maybe John host another Irvine Friday meet.

All of the vendors who owe me parts have promised Wednesday (tomorrow) I will recieve everything, so, if that works out, I am certainly interested in a meet, but it's a bit last minute to setup something independent; I would recommend making a new thread suggesting we go to Crystal Cove again, perhaps this Saturday?

The Crystal Cove meet is usually done and over with by 10AM, the trick is to get there at an absurd hour, eg 6:30AM.

I recieved my wheels today, should get my spoiler tomorrow, but apparently the fittiment of the marga hills hood is lacking; I went to have it installed today, and (while it lined up on a different nsx) it will require trimming, then a repaint, before it fits on my car... perhaps the downside of owning a hand-built automobile.

Preliminary fitting today showed this is one awesome hood, and one HUGE vent; if one were so inclined they could remove and steal the battery, all without opening the hood
