Las Vegas group question-

Ghaaacckkkk! Reminds me of the time at my aunt's sushi restaurant where they served raw lobster. Basically they split it in half (alive) and flipped the tail and body over and opened it up. You could just eat from the body, meanwhile they rotated the head and arms so basically the lobster was watching you eat him. His eyes, tentacles, arms and claws were still moving. At that point, I totally lost my appetite.

It looks like 11:30 AM, <s>4-4-6</s> 4-8-6 at I Love Sushi on 11041 S. Eastern Ave in Henderson 89052 with phone # being 702-990-4055. This place is not owned by the one in Washington state.

If someone can get the # of people then we can sit together. Let them know we need the area where we can talk and hear. I am going skiing Monday to Friday. Some one needs to follow up on this information.

Bump!
See you guys on Saturday! I'm leaving towards Vegas shortly, so I'll have no internet connection (unless the hotel does).
Take care,
John

Will try to come out and see everyone. Don't know if I will be going to lunch. I enjoy my beef over raw fish.

With jet lag and all, Vegas Sushi NSX meet was great. We had visitors from Southern California to Arizona. All in all, we had 10 NSX's. Unfortunately Bob doesn't take a liking to Sushi but was sporting enough to join us at the pre-meet and short drive to the restaurant. For those who missed this event, here are some pictures I took.

Best Regards
Paul Siu

Unfortunately we have to scatter all over the place. Parking was a bit tough.

4645Sushi_Meet_9.jpg

Beautiful carbon fiber hood offsetting the BrookLands Green. Please don't change a thing.

hey, i saw your car driving back on sunday the 15th! i was coming back from vegas, but i didn't go to the meet nor was i driving my nsx

Paul your comments crack me up.

Good time everyone! Thank goodness Mikey brought the FX 400 along or I would have been the only Black car there. Who would have thunk-it; more Brooklands Green cars than Black at an NSX meet.

It was great seeing the out of towners and seeing that caravan of NSX all lined up was pretty kick ass! You Porsche guys really missed out on this one.

The next meet is tentatively set for Sunday, May 21. I was thinking doing Red Rock Station Casino in Summerlin. I'll start looking into it some more and post a new thread on that meet. I'll be checking that place out on its grand opening night on April 18th.

Thanks to the LV folks for setting this up. The company was great and the cars are terriffic. It was a pleasure meeting everyone from LV and seeing the Cali and AZ folks once again!

Great meeting you all. Sushi was excellent - thanks Chris for making the reservation!!

On the way home on Sunday they closed US 93 due to some horrible accident so we were exhausted by the time we got home.

I slept for 12 hours last night just to recover.

We also saw a silver 02-05 NSX at the Red Rock Country Club on Sunday. Does that belong to anyone here?

Looking forward to seeing you all again.

Sandra and I had a great time. It was great to see everyone. Here are a couple pictures we took. Enjoy. Also, thanks Mike for the ride in the Factor X car. Can't wait to see the setup on a couple of the LVer's NSX's in the near future :)

Starting to gather at the Green Valley Ranch Casino:

Beautiful NSXs! Nice meeting the Vegas crew and seeing some of the CA NSXers again. Also thanks for the Factor X tour, what an awesome shop!

Until next time...

For the ones with free time this Saturday:
Take the nice drive to the Spring Mountain Motorsports Park track ( keeping an eye out for the police) this Saturday, 4/15. There will be 20 or more NSX people from the southwest driving and talking. It goes from 8 to 5. with time out for lunch. There may be one more open place for the track?
It will cost $5 per person to get in the gate.

If this is a go for the next drive I will see what I can do about getting us some preferred parking in the valet. I know a big guy in the Valet. See what he can do for us. Let me know. Bob

Bob, it is a go! I'm working on setting up a new post here very soon. I'm scoping out RR station for places to eat, pictures etc. If you can set up the valet that would be fantastic. Or PM your contact person and I'll swing buy since I live very close to RR station. Thanks!
