Has anyone ever installed a larger throttle body?

wont get too much gains in HP though.. i dont think for the price, a throttle body is worth it. very easy to install though.
what if you increased the throttle body size and extrude honed the intake manifold.I have been considering this mod for some time but dont see the point unless I do both the manifold and larger throttle body matched for flow.anybody have positive dyno proof of this mod having any merit on an NSX?I know it works well on other cars but they dont have such a well designed intake system on par with oem NSX.

Some people have them pollished but there was a TON of time that went into engineering and matching this to the dynamics of the engine.
That said **my understanding is** you get a new one with the Comptech SC kit so either Comptech knows something or there was a packaging issue.
You might want to drop them a note and ask them if they "found" something and if they will sell it to you seperately.
