dont need to hear from the politicly correct!anyways dont get to race the acura often, but ran into a brand new temp tagged porsche boxster s on the 101 today. ive heard these were kind of fast 13.8-13.9 so we gave it a go. he would take off in front of me and id take off behind him. not only could i catch him and reel him in, i could blow past him. we raced from like 70-130. i thought hed of been able to hang with me better than that. anyways guy gave me a thumbs up. not bad for a stock 11 year old honda i guess!

Uhm, I'm not being politically correct, but picking on a Boxster S? My wife does that in her bimmer...

LOL for some reason while I was reading that I was thinking you were in the Lambo (must have missed the first line). I was wondering what you were thinking. Anyway I think the P car would have done better in the lower gears. The couple I've come across have hung pretty well at first, but dropped back quickly around 60.

P.S. Doesn't driving the NSX feel like a 4 cylinder accord after driving the Diablo?

He got you Allen!!(slow poke)
Any way I had the opportunitity to smoke a boxter also.(on the 101)The drivers skills in (vehicle choice and choice of gears left him in the dust..)
We did meet later @ the pavillions and exchanged names and made light conversation etc.
Congrats on you kill....LOL

yes, getting out of the diablo and into the nsx really makes the nsx feel extremely slow. it seems like you have to constantly floor it just to keep up with traffic. the diablo has gobs of torque down low and the nsx has none. so in regards to your question, yes my nsx is still slow! but im working on changing that!

True,
Its amazing how fast life changes. A few months ago I got my NSX and that was such a huge deal. I never REALLY thought I'd be able to get one. Now it looks like a Diablo is in my future, I should know for sure after a 4 week business trip to India that I'm starting Monday. I've told myself the house is going to be paid off before I buy something as crazy as that though, but its hard not to think about it and start asking questions when the possibilty is becoming more of a reality everyday.
