Something is really wrong here.
-maybe the wheels are drilled wrong , causing a side load on the studs?
-you could torque them to 100ft.lbs and they still should'nt be breaking
-maybe you didn't torque them enough? (although they would also be noticeably loose after driving)
I question wether ARP are really much stronger than oem honda
