It is very easy to remove the circuit board, and it only cost me $10 have it fixed at a local stereo repair shop. The guy at the shop did tell me that a lot of the other capacitors did look like they were going bad, but for now they are ok.
So, for those of you with 10+ year old NSX's, this may be a frequent repair.
