Jaguar XJR-15, circa 1990. Isn't this just beautiful? Quite similar to NSX, but even sexier.
Just make the 2004 look like this & sign me up!

Yes it is extremely nice. One of my favorites of all time. Period.

The Jag is really impressive, except from the back, IMO, there I would love to see some finese work from team Honda

From the other angles, I agree, Ken, very nice... another look:

wow!!! very very nice. anyone know the drag co?? looks like its pretty low, amazingly few 'lines', mostly curves.

looks wise i dont love the rearend, but that wouldnt take too much to fix.

like the cabin, again, few lines, more curves.

yeah... like an NSX, but smoothed out more and stretched. that top pix sent by Jonathan looks really stretched, but still ok.

what's up with the unmatching rims? the back wheels looks like they got a 5inchfatlip!

sweet.....

hhhmmm. it is not the length, it is the design that seems a little bland in the back. needs a lil more funk in the trunk.

but definately a minor observation, overall looks killer.

and i agree, i was thinking so similar to a stretched and rounded out nsx.

This Jag looks surprisingly similar to the NSX. Perhaps both came from the same design team? I've heard that the design of the NSX concept/prototype was done by The Art Center students in Pasadena Ca. Can anyone confirm this? Ken (nsxtacy) ?

(Tip: don't put the "URL=" in there just list the actual pic location address between the
tags with no spaces between them)

I cant say I care for this design however!

The NSX concept/prototype was developed in house by the designers at Honda.

Great call on the Jag, that is about the most gorgeous exotic ever made. The McLaren is stunning too, and that Mosler MT is awesome looking as well. Notice any similarity there? All 3 of those look like a rounded, smoothed out, lengthened (in the rear) NSX, and any of those would beat the hell out of all the "Next NSX spyshots" we've been seeing. Fingers crossed..

They're not spy shots. They're photoshopped drawings of someone's idea of the next NSX. All rumors, none of it official. You can find all of them in the FAQ here.

You can draw your own next gen NSX if you like. Just don't expect to get a free NSX for doing so.

A little known fact is that the early design work on the NSX was done by Pininfarina and then of course taken in house (read: diluted) by Honda.
Honda has had a long standing, not much publicized relationship with Pininfarina for nearly 20 years.
