i would have left the mirrors.
...but let us know if it makes a difference in the top speed! :)

Vike,

I love it! The paint looks perfect. I also like the dark hood (reminds me of the NSX R as does the wing).

I see it looks like you also have a supercharger on that beast.

What type of exhaust do you have. i love the DTM tips!

Thanks for the pictures.

THANK YOU all for the comps.I don't know if anyone remembers, but this is Brent Cobb's old car.I used to be red. This car also has 205,000 miles...yes 205
I have more high res. pics, but can't get them to link up.

GOKWI-THANK YOU,THAT'S ACTUALLY 350Z,I paid 500 for the paint and done the labor myself. It took about two months.

SUPERGREEN-mirrors are "on the way".damn UPS:mad:

EDWARDO-the ehaust is RM Racing.

carbon hood and wing...waiting for carbon lip spoiler and F1 mirrors.....
looking for aftermarket seats:D :D

WOW

OMG you did it yourself! That looks amazing. I was under the impression that it was Imola Orange. That color usually seems subdued in shade.

I love the way it looks. Very NSXY!

peace dude,

ravi:D

Holy Cow thats Brent's old car?

I obviously did not recognize it. I remember seeing it shortly before he sold it. The front bumper was not painted and he did not have an AC.

Did you put an AC in it?

Looks fantastic. I think he dropped an engine in there that did not have too many miles. I think he blowed up the original motor with all that juice :D.

You look like a very skilled painter Vike.

thanks you again.I've always wanted one that color every since
it came out for the type S.Yes it has a newer motor.I REALLY REALLY REALLY WISH IT HAD AC.That was the thing that almost made me not buy it.It's about 90 in Georgia right now.....I don't even know who could put AC back in it.

I was looking through the owners gallery and noticed someone in Canada had what appears to be imola orange nsx, a 1995 if i remember right? Did Canada have imola as a color option before we did? Or did this guy repaint his car?

Wow - my baby! :>)

All I can say is WOW! A Dallas NSXer pointed me to this post (thanks Richard). What a change - you've really put new "life" in that ol' NSX Vike! I really like that color!

I suffered 5 years without A/C in that NSX...still loved every single second despite the buckets of sweat. HA!

It looks great! I hope it treats you well for years to come - as well as it treated me.
Best regards and enjoy!
Brent Cobb

Next NSX

I'm looking towards Jan/Feb/Mar 2004 for the next NSX (following house purchase). I'll be looking for a 1997-T/6sp - hopefully stock (looking forward to starting ALL over with mods - heh).

Operational A/C is a must (sorry Vike). :)

Any color but red or black...maybe red for the right price (always have loved the formula red).

It'll be good to be in one again, and I'll be glad to say, "here we go again". There's just something about this car that makes me always want one...

Brent, How is married life? Life w/o an NSX is difficult. We are looking forward to getting another one as well. FYI, there is a 97 NSX-T @ www.parkplaceltd.com (Bellview, Washington) for sale White/Black 6-spd w/CTSC and goodies for around $ 54.500.00. Check it out. I am not ready quite yet or it would be parked in my garage.
Take care ... JSH
