Just a question about signatures?

Im new so go easy on me guys, but to insert and image or animated gif into your signature is it simply just [ img ] URL [ /img ] ? without the spaces of course?

If somone could just pm me, or just answer in this thread, thanks guys!

Change your avatar instead

PHOEN$X is correct: No images in signatures. However, you are allowed to upload your own avatar. Click user cp > Edit Options > Change Avatar button to go to your Edit Avatar (or just click this link). Just remember: no animated avatars.

Thanks guys, Im guessing the server is would melt if evryone had an animated gif for a sig huh, just wondered, cos Im a member of another forum that does allow is all.

P.S. Btw the gif I had in mine is in the form of a URL at the bottom, I found it and though it would make a good sig!

Nice. I don't think it's against the rules to put an animated gif in your post, like this:
