Actually that has been a plus, sharing with others your passion for this special automobile. I have been impressed with community and its contributors.

Travel update:

My car is heading to Hayward and then on to Fresno. It's is getting closer.

It's now this Saturday or Sunday PM. The good news is my car cover and DownForce NSX-R conversion kit are right on time. It looks like from an asthetic point of the view as well as a modest weight reduction these kits from Downforce appear to be a winner. After reading the long thread regarding weight reduction I have picked up some lean cuisine meals as I think this may give me the edge I need.

Here are some new pictures of my car that John fom Bavarian had on his website (see links below). Note, the paint peeling off the wheels on:

don't know how to repair wheel, but do you know what the switch is for in the center console? (behind the shifter)... Maybe to turn on the valentine 1?

Turns the antenna up/down manually.

YEA!!!! It arrived about 1PM PST. I just finished taking it around 17 mile drive
for a spin - WOW! I drove one other CTSC 2000 NSX, but by far I preferred this one. John from Bavarian - what a WONDERFUL car. It's kind of ODD to make a purchase 2,000 miles away and not test drive it, but I could not be happier with the result.

Now I just have to resolve the powder coating issue on the OZ wheels and she will be darn near perfect. I think I will go for a drive this PM on scenic HWY 1 to Rocky point for dinner and drinks to celebrate.

Glad that you are happy with your purchase. Hope to meet you someday.

Can't do that weekend. Helping my oldest son move back to school at UC Davis. Next week, I am helping my daughter move into the dorms at UC Berkeley. Thanks for the personal invite, but there will be many more chances for us to meet.
