Is this a good deal?

I'm slowly educating myself on the NSX. Quite fun, actually. What do you guys/gals think of this deal???

What wheels are those?

Any maint'/service history? (ie. 4yr/60k & 6yr/90k services are very important)

Is the NSX in snap-ring range (ie. check transmission number & compare)

Are those wheels valuable or knock-off/replicas? (ie. if they are an upper tier wheel-brand, possibly can add $2-5k to car's value)

If the maint'/service is upto date (timing-belt, water-pump, etc), title/history is clean, low miles of 31k, a 1991 NSX 5spd not in snap-ring range would be a very attractive buy at $33.5k. This is w/o considering the wheels, if they hold any value.
