Black leather interior Looks just great and console, dash, carpets, seats and door panels are specially clean. Black exterior finish looks very nice. 225/45ZR16 front and 255/40ZR17 rear Kumho tires are in good condition. Books are available. Successful high bidder should telephone US MotorCars within 24 hours, or next business day, after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction.
Within 48 hours following the end of auction, a $1000.00 deposit shall be sent over-night express in the form of cashiers-check or certified funds. If a deposit is not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-served basis.
All financial transactions should be completed within a reasonable period of time, usually within 6 days after the auction ends.
Buyer is responsible for transportation to our location, which includes taxi fares, rental car etc. Contact us if you require any special assistance. Seller accepts cashiers check, certified funds, or verified drafts from known financial institutions (seller prefers not to accept cash).
US MotorCars discloses as much information as possible about our cars. We regret it is not always possible to provide extra sets of keys, complete books and manuals or remote access devices. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties. All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for fees and charges of inspections made at buyer's behest.
All buyers pay V.I.T. tax (Vehicle Inventory Tax) which is 0.002453 of the purchase price (Example: $10,000 purchase = $24.53 ), a $50.00 documentary fee, and a $95.00 Admin Fee. Texas buyers must pay 6.25% sales tax. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes in their own states and should be paid within in 21 days of purchase.
