Is it better to grease the window tracks or WD-40 them?

Joining Billy with a few-year update after LarryB re-greased them with Shin-Etsu in 2009. My windows are slow again. Looks like about a 5-year life on the grease before it needs to be redone. I have some white lithium grease (tube, not the spray) I might try this time to see if it lasts longer than the Shin-Etsu.

I bought extra hugabuga kits....for my next NSX. Seemed too work great.

I am down in New Zealand and NSX's are very rare....especially manual transmission. Meanwhile I am building a six car garage with an attached house. ...as soon as thar is done I will get a RHD one from Japan.
