Insects in climate cooler or how to get them away?

That looks very minor so you could just leave it or use a soft brush to knock them off just brush up and down so you do not bend the fins.
Stuff like that is very difficult to clean.
I would use some solvent/cleaner soaked rags and pack them against the coil for a long period of time. You will need a narrow wood pick and manually clean out each of the heat sinks.
I would not use high pressure water, stiff brushes as you will bend the thin metal heat sinks.
