Anyone use them for any services? called them and asked about a refi, they said they could drop my monthly down $75 and give me cash back up to 7k??
I just got the loan last year too....

I haven't used them for any mortgages, but I have had a savings account with them (3.4% APR currently) for quite some time.

I've never had any issues depositing money - maybe when I need to withdrawal it will be another story.

I did a refi and a HELOC with them about a year ago. Best banking experience I have ever had. Everything was on line and very easy to track. Think TurboTax and you get the idea. Even the appraisal was virtual. They sent all the documentation to the house to review before signing and sent someone to the house to conduct the signing. I have been through 7 different purchases, re-fi, etc and this was far and away the best.

Down sides - they are very restrictive in who they will take and how much they will loan/give you on the virtual appraisal.
