Indiglo gauge install problem

After installing the indiglo gauges, now my tachometer and speedometer keeps getting stucked. It's erratic - sometimes it will get stucked at 50mph - stays there for a while then goes back to zero then get stucked again at 40mph.

I've added some more double sided (golf grip) over the weekend = it did work fine but the next day it's erratic - getting stucked again. Anybody here has the same problem?

I'm thinking of taking it off right now..Any advice??Can this be corrected?

when i did mine, i had the same Problem.. i added a litlle bit of Super Clue to it , Hold it down so it could stay flat.. that the only Problem ... it kinda bolt up if you looked @ it... that why your Meter got stuck...

Im having the same problem but I dont want it to be a permanent install just in case i want to go back so for now im living with it.

I have had great success using the golf grip tape. I think I just put a couple strips on each side of the needle, one on the outer edge and the other closer toward the center and I haven't had a problem thus far. I guess it's been about 6 months or so since I installed mine.

I installed mine last year,they were fine for about six months and then my rpm gauge started sticking(this is very uncool on an n20 car so I took them off.I was getting tired of the white gauges anyway.back to OE and problem free.
CAUTION: if you take them off take your sweet time and be very deliberate about what you are doing stay focused or you will mess something up. of all the guys that had them and took them off myself and a couple others incurred no damage.many many others screwed up the cluster or needles or other componants. good luck! BTW I did not try to salvage mine as I bought off ebay for 70 bucks and did not doe the bogus group buy at 150$
