In need of help: Vacation Rental

Hi ALL!

I'm trying to plan a family reunion but I'm having a tough time finding a rental house. I was wondering if anyone can help in this area?

What I'm looking for:

Ideal House:
- Near/On a beach: anywhere down the coast Southern California (Santa Monica to Newport Beach)
- Sleeps 10 or more

OR (if unable to find a place near/on a beach)

- On Hill/Mountain: overlooking the city (LA Area)
- Sleeps 10 or more
- Pool
- Fire Pit is a plus!

Dates: July 5th (check-in) - July 7th (check-out)

Budget: CHEAP! (Seriously... $1000 per night would be ideal)


I'm hoping someone can chime in and help out.

Thanks for the links guys! I tried VRBO.com but a lot of renters aren't being helpful. They want one week minimum rent or even a month long rent only!

I'll keep looking!
