about 3 weeks ago, we "finished" ~10 gals of fruit liqueurs that we make with the fruit from our trees. much of the base had been infusing in vodka (typically absolut 80) for 12-18 months. although it's "fresh" (i prefer a year to mellow), i'll bring a tiny bit of the pear / vanilla for you guys to taste... and when i say "taste", i'm talkin' an itsybitsy amount since everyone's driving.
i hope you'll be good enough to wear a shirt that's not too loud as we don't want to attract undue attention :tongue:
