Further update, firstly, Bob you've got competition on the lawsuit side. My associate who's an attorney has already filed paperwork against the spouse of the dead deer, it's filed as Matles vs John Doe.
I got the estimate from the insurance company, it's for $3,808, and the dealer is now "screwing me" While I guess because I had negotiated a good deal initially, they now had the opportunity to increase their margin substantially without me really being able to shop it. Sooooooo, it's going to cost me an additional $1,000 plus the tax differential to complete the deal. I'll be going to pick up the new car in about an hour and put this aggravating episode behind me. Thanks for all the humor and sympathy, and yes, I'm glad that I wasn't in the NSX!!!!
