I'm in Houston, Tx and would like to buy a used NSX in this area (with in 300 miles )

Year: 1998-2002, less than 30K miles, original paint, from private seller **preferred** )

Hey fastrunner....granted you would like to buy from a private owner, its pretty hard to find one in houston. I do believe that they might have one and will find one for you @ John Eagle acura off of Hwy. 6. Ask for Chad milow. (from Jeremy 2002 nsx). If not Brad @autologic could find an nsx. I look foward to seeing you on the street and at our drives across houston and what not. If you have any questions...ask.....theirs are plenty of nsx owners in houston that are willing to help.

Yes, they are not many of them in Houston......i'm also willing to travel within 300 miles... i like to inspect the car myself before i buy.......3 weeks ago, i though to have found the right one for me in Greenwitch, CT. flew up there with cashier's check in hand, as it turn out the car has been repainted (front bumper, hood, L+R fender), i was very disappointed, but happy that i did not buy it sight unseen....while i'm there, i went to check out at dealerships in NJ, and PA.....all 8 NSX's that i saw has some paint/bodyworks done.....part of the reason that i like to buy from private owner/seller because he/she knows their car and might have service record.

FastRunner, welcome to the boards! I suggest not limiting yourself to just 300 miles. If you expand your search and find one outside of your driving range, you should post in the regional forum where the car is located and ask someone on this forum to take a look at it for you. That's my suggestion.
I bought my NSX from New Orleans and had the Acura dealership inspect it before I went out there to look at it myself.
